Oh, for PEEPS SAKE!!!

I love putting a little personality in what I make. As I'm sewing, I like to imagine who might be wearing it and how they might feel in it. I hope the sweet little one that wears this is pleased with what her momma buys for her.

100th Day of School!

The 100th day of school is an important event in the life of a first grader. When I picked up Miss B from school one day last week, she explained to me about their celebration so we decided it was a great time to make fun little set for that day. She and I dug through all the little flowers and doo dads and carefully counted out 100 little bits to add to her shirt. I had just enough of this darling number fabric to make a flippy little skirt, also! It's funny how you get these crazy ideas and think that it will just take a few hours, but I still think it was worth staying up until 2 a.m.!
